Milan Bull, Director of Science and Research for the Connecticut Audubon Society
This Saturday, September 3rd, join Milan Bull, Director of Science and Research for the Connecticut Audubon Society, on a bird walk around Ash Creek.
Don’t forget to bring your binoculars as Milan will lead the discussion while you view the abundant birds (osprey, shorebirds and ducks) of the area. Learn about the different species as well as the conservation of this natural salt marsh - an important stopover area along the Atlantic Flyway for migrating shorebirds.
Meet at 8:30am; bird walk begins promptly at 8:45am. The walk's meet-up location is on Gilman Street in Bridgeport by the sandbar.
Space is limited. Members prioritized. Maximum 35 people.
