Fun Nature Observations with Ranger Jim!

Take a hike with TBV Ranger Jim and see nature's springtime wonders in Trout Brook Valley.

Learn about where the owls live, view the recent animal tracks that he will identify, and much more! No one is on the trails more or knows all the animal's secrets better than Ranger Jim. See and hear the wonders of Trout Brook Valley. Learn about amphibians, and vernal pools, spring ephemerals, and other fun nature observations.

This event is for all ages.

Social distancing will be requested, and masks are required.

What to bring:
Be sure to bring a mask, binoculars (if available), camera, water bottle, and hiking boots.

Difficulty Level:
Moderate

A moderate hike is generally suitable for novice hikers who want a bit of a challenge. The terrain will involve a moderate incline and may have some steeper sections.

This event is limited to 15 people.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts.

Parking will be in the permit parking, so please look for the volunteer to direct you when you arrive.
